Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping company takes control of it. We will send tracking information for you to track your delivery once it ships. You can use this tracking information to see where your package is at and when delivery is expected.
If it shows as delivered but you are unable to find it, be sure to first check all possible delivery locations such as your front door, back door, garage, mailbox, etc... If you are unable to find your package, you can submit a ticket and we will reach out to the shipping company and attempt to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately stolen packages off of doorsteps is becoming more and more common, please take steps to insure the safety of package delivery at your property to help insure this is not likely to happen.
If you feel your package was lost in shipment, please submit a ticket and we will reach out to the shipping company to resolve the issue. If we have the item in stock we will ship out a replacement for you as we work to find the lost package with the shipping company.
